CITY OF LAKE ELMO
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF ARABIAN HILLS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo has
previously considered and approved the preliminary plat of Arabian
Hills; and
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission reviewed a final
plat for Arabian Hills at its May 10, 1991 meeting; and
WHEREAS, the final plat of Arabian Hills presented to the
City conforms to the City's subdivision ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Lake Elmo does hereby approve and accept the final plat of
Arabian Hills as the same as on file with the City Administrator
subject to the following conditions:
1. The developer and the City shall execute a Developer's
Agreement and deposit such security with the City as determined by
the City Engineer.
2. The developer shall pay to the City of Lake Elmo park
dedication fee in the amount of $16,844.21.
3. The developer shall obtain necessary permits from the
Valley Branch Watershed.
4. The developer shall pay all pass -thru costs related to
this development.
5. The developer shall adhere to all city standards and
ordinances.
6. The developer shall on or before September 15, 1991 plant
up to 5 spruce or cedar trees each at least 10 ft. tall on the
Keith Raleigh property for the purpose of screening the Raleigh
house from vehicular headliqhts on 53rd Street N. and Keats
Avenue, with the location of the trees being specified by Keith
Raleigh on or before September 1, 1991.
