RESOLUTION NO. 91 -13 <br />A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE BUILDING AT 8126 HILL TRAIL NORTH <br />AS A HAZARDOUS BUILDING AND DIRECTING THE CORRECTION <br />OF SAID HA7,� R.TDOUS BUILDING <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 463.15 to <br />463.61, the Council of the City of Lake Elmo has duly considered the <br />hazardous conditions defined in Section l.a. thru o, of "The Order ", <br />and finds the building located at 8126 Hill Trail North to be a <br />Hazardous Building and detrimental to the health, safety, and welfare <br />of the public. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED; that pursuant to the foregoing <br />findings and in accordance with Minnesota Statues, Sections 463.15 to <br />463.261, the Council hereby orders the record owners of the Building <br />to repair and make the Building safe and not detrimental to the public <br />health, welfare and safety by making the repairs as listed in 2.a. <br />thru o. of the "The Order ", all of which repairs shall be completed in <br />compliance with all applicable codes, ordinance or other applicable <br />regulations. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that the Council orders that the Mayor, <br />Administrator, City Attorney and other officers and employees of the <br />City be authorized and directed to take such action, prepare, siqn and <br />serve such papers as are necessary to complete with "TIAe Order ". <br />ADOPTED by the City Council this -- k�. day �.
