A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE BUILDING AT 8126 HILL TRAIL NORTH
AS A HAZARDOUS BUILDING AND DIRECTING THE CORRECTION
OF SAID HA7,� R.TDOUS BUILDING
WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 463.15 to
463.61, the Council of the City of Lake Elmo has duly considered the
hazardous conditions defined in Section l.a. thru o, of "The Order ",
and finds the building located at 8126 Hill Trail North to be a
Hazardous Building and detrimental to the health, safety, and welfare
of the public.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED; that pursuant to the foregoing
findings and in accordance with Minnesota Statues, Sections 463.15 to
463.261, the Council hereby orders the record owners of the Building
to repair and make the Building safe and not detrimental to the public
health, welfare and safety by making the repairs as listed in 2.a.
thru o. of the "The Order ", all of which repairs shall be completed in
compliance with all applicable codes, ordinance or other applicable
regulations.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that the Council orders that the Mayor,
Administrator, City Attorney and other officers and employees of the
City be authorized and directed to take such action, prepare, siqn and
serve such papers as are necessary to complete with "TIAe Order ".
