<br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-12 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING A LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT TO <br />ROBERT & DOROTHY ZIERTMAN AND DALE & DIANE WASHENBERGFR <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo adopted Resolution 89 -33 on June <br />6, 1939 granting two large lot subdivisions to Robert and Dorothy <br />Ziertman and <br />WHEREAS, the intent of the City was to create two parcels <br />consisting of 10.733 acres and 11.569 acres each; and <br />WHEREAS, it has been noted that an error was made by the surveyor <br />in that Parcel A in Resolution 89 -33 consists of 16 acres, and the <br />intent of the City and the applicant was that this parcel consist of <br />11.869 acres. <br />N0W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following described <br />parcel be conveyed from Diane L. Washenberger and Dale M. Washenberger <br />to Robert H. Ziertman and Dorothy M.
