CITY OF LAKE ELMO
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT TO
ROBERT & DOROTHY ZIERTMAN AND DALE & DIANE WASHENBERGFR
WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo adopted Resolution 89 -33 on June
6, 1939 granting two large lot subdivisions to Robert and Dorothy
Ziertman and
WHEREAS, the intent of the City was to create two parcels
consisting of 10.733 acres and 11.569 acres each; and
WHEREAS, it has been noted that an error was made by the surveyor
in that Parcel A in Resolution 89 -33 consists of 16 acres, and the
intent of the City and the applicant was that this parcel consist of
11.869 acres.
N0W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following described
parcel be conveyed from Diane L. Washenberger and Dale M. Washenberger
to Robert H. Ziertman and Dorothy M. Ziertman.
the south 400.00 feet of the Fast 440.00 feet of the
Vest 1100.00 feet of the Northwest Quarter of Section 2,
Township 29, Rance 21, Washington County, 11innesota
containing 4.135 acres.
ADOPTED, this 16th day April, 1991 by the,CityACouncil of the
