CITY OF LAKE ELMO
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MN
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CHARITABLE GAMBLING LICENSE,
BY THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE LAKE ELMO JAYCEES.
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Jaycees have requested that the State of
Minnesota renew its Charitable Gambling License; and
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Jaycees has; and desires to continue; to
sell pull -tabs and tipboards at a location within an establishment
commonly known as the Twin Points Tavern located at 11199 Stillwater
Boulevard, Lake Elmo, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS; the Lake Elmo Jaycees comply with all Charitable
Gambling rules and regulations as set forth in Section 1104 of the
Lake Elmo Municipal Code:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of Lake Elmo hereby approves the renewal of the Class B Charitable
Gambling application requested by the Lake Elmo Jaycees.
Adopted by the Lake Elmo City Council this 19th day of March, 1991.
