RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT
FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF HYTRA.IL AVENUE
FROM HIGHLANDS TRAIL NORTH TO 59TH STREET NORTH
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Hytrail Avenue, by
bituminous overlay, from Highlands Trail North to 59th Street
North., and to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion
of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes,
Chapter 429,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Lake
Elmo, Minnesota:
That the proposed improvement be referred to TKDA for
preparation of a feasibility report, and that TKDA is instructed
to report to the council with all convenient speed advising the
Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed
improvement is feasible and as to whether it should be best made
as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the
estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
