CITY OF LAKE ELMO
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF X CHARITABLE GAMBLING
LICENSE BY THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE LAKE ELMO POST
#5725 VETERANS OF FOREIGN WARS OF THE UNITED STATES
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo VFW has requested that the State
of Minnesota renew its Charitable Gambling License; and
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo VFW has; and desires to
continue, to sell pulltabs, tipboards, raffles, and bingo at
a location within an establishment known as the Lake Elmo
Post #5725 VFW of the United States located at 3712 Layton
Avenue North, Lake Elmo, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo VFW complies with all Charitable
Gambling rules and regulations as set forth in Section 1104
of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code:
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED: that the City Council
of the City of Lake Elmo hereby approves the renewal of the
Class A Charitable Gambling application requested by the
Lake Elmo VFW.
