COUNTY OF WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 92 -7
WHEREAS, the City has received an application from Guardian
Angels Church for the issuance of a Temporary On -Sale Intoxicating
Liquor License; and
WHEREAS, the application is in compliance with the City's
regulations as contained in Lake Elmo Code, Chapter 1201.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lake Elmo City Council
hereby approves the issuance of Temporary On -Sale Intoxicating
Liquor Licenses for Guardian Angels Church on the following dates,
times and places:
1. April 24, 1992 - Parish Dance, 7- Idnight, Social Hall
2. May 23, 1992 - Wedding Reception, 7- Midnight, Social. Hall
3. .Tune 13, 1992 - Wedding Reception, 7- Midnight, Social Hall
4• June 19, 1992 - Wedding Reception, 7- Midnight, Social Hall
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that such licenses are issued subject
to approval by the Minnesota Commissioner of Public Safety pursuant
to the provisions of MS 340Ao404, Subd. 10.`,
