CITY OF LAKE ELMO
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION
FOR A DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES PARK GRANT.
WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo has reviewed the need
for winter grooming of the ski trail system in Sunfish Park
for the 1991 -92 skiing season; and
WHEREAS, the need for ski trail winter grooming for the
approximate 13.1 kilometers of ski trails in Sunfish Park
exceeds the dollars available for such services; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) has
grant monies available for winter grooming of the ski
trails;

are hereby directed to apply for a grant for

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and
Administrator are hereby authorized to sign such application
to the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources Minnesota
Assistance Program funds through its Grant -In Aid Program.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council this day
of May, 1992.
