RESOLUTION 92- 13
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 1992 LAKE ELMO PARK PLAN
WHEREAS, a joint public hearing was held by the Lake
Elmo Parks and Planning Commissions on January 13, 1992 to
receive public comments on the proposed 1992 Lake Elmo Park
Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council approved the 1992
Lake Elmo Park plan on May 18, 1992 contingent upon review
by the Metropolitan Council.
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council approved the Lake
Elmo Park Plan in a letter dated June 24, 1992.
TqOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT the Lake Elmo Park
Plan is hereby adopted and made part of the City's
Comprehensive Plan.
Adopted by the Lake Elmo City Council t;.h!s 7+ ay of
