COUNTY OF WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 92- 14
WHEREAS, the City has received an application from
Guardian Angels Church for the issuance of a Temporary On-
Sale Intoxicating Liquor License; and
WHEREAS, the application is in compliance with the
city's regulations as contained in Lake Elmo Code, Chapter
1201.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City
Council hereby approves the issuance of Temporary On -sale
Intoxicating Liquor Licenses for Guardian Angels Church on
the following dates, times and places:

July 18, 1992
- Wedding Reception
Social Hall,
4 :00 p.m.- midnight
2.
July 24, 1992
- Wedding Reception
Social Hall,
7:00 p.m.- midnight
3.
July 25, 1992
- Wedding Reception
Social Hall,
4 :00 p.m.- midnight
4.
August 29, 1992
- Wedding Reception
Social Hall,
4 :00 p.m.- midnight
5.
September 5,
1992 - Wedding Reception
Social Hall,
4 :00 p.m.- midnight

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that such licenses are issued
subject to approval by the Minnesota Commission of Public
Safety pursuant to the provisions of I- 3A.404, bd. 10.
