A RESOLUTION CANVASSING THE RETURNS AND DECLARING
THE WINNERS OF THE 1992 LOCAL ELECTION
WHEREAS, The Lake Elmo City Council must meet within two days of a City
General Election to certify the results of the local election; and
WHEREAS, the following is the results of the City General Election as the appear
on the face of the election returns.

Now, therefore, be it resolved that the Lake Elmo City Council declares Wyn
Jahn elected as Mayor of the City of Lake Elmo, for a 2 year term, by a majority vote
of the registered voters of the City of Lake Elmo.
Be it further resolved that the Lake Elmo City Council declares
Rita Conlin and Caren Johnston elected
as council members, for 4 year terms, by a majority of the registered
voters of the City of Lake Elmo.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lake this 5th day of November,
1992.
