COUNTY OF WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 92 -29
WHEREAS, the City has received an application from
Guardian Angels Church for the issuance of a Temporary On-
Sale Intoxicating Liquor License; and
WHEREAS, the application is in compliance with the
city's regulations as contained in Lake Elmo Code, Chapter
1201.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City
Council hereby approved the issuance of Temporary On -Sale
Intoxicating Liquor Licenses for Guardian Angels Church on
the following dates, times, and places:
I. December 31, 1992 - New Years Eve
Social Hall, 7:00 - 12:00 p.m
2. February 6, 1993 - Cana Dinner
Social Hall, 6:00 - 10:00 p.m.
3. February 19, 1993 - wedding Reception
Social Hall, 7:00 - 12:00 p.m.
4. March 13, 1993 - Wedding Reception
Social Hall, 4 :00 - 12:00 p.m.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that such licenses are issued
subject to approval by the Minnesota Commissioner of Public
Safety pursuant to the provisions of MS 340A.404, Subd, 10.
APPROVED by the Lake Elmo City.
