CITY OF LADE ELMO
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING OFFICIAL CI'T'Y DEPOSITORY, AND AUTHORIZING
SIGNATURES FOl!;t PAYMENT OF FUNDS FROM LAKE, ELMO BANK
WHEREAS, the City has designated the Lake Elmo Bank as the official depository for the funds of
the City of Lake Elmo; and
WHEREAS, Wyn John was elected Mayor of the City of Lake Elmo at the November. 3, 1992
General Election; and
WHEREAS, Mary Kueffner is the Administrator of the City of Lake Elmo and Marilyn Banister is
the Deputy Treasurer of the City of Lake Elmo; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby approves:
1. Mayor, Wyn John,. and either Mary Kueffner or Marilyn Banister shall
sign all checks and orders for the payment of money and withdraw funds on
deposit with the Lake Elmo Bank.
2. Mayor, Wyn John's facsimile signature may be used to endorse all checks and
orders for the payment of money and to withdraw funds on deposit with the
Lake Elmo Bank.
3. This resolution shall continue to have effect until express written notice of its
rescission or modification has been received and recorded by the Lake Elmo Bank.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council this 5th day of January, 1993.
