RESOLUTION 93 -9
A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Jamaca Avenue from TH 5 to Lake Jane
Trail, and Lake Jane Trail from Jamaca Avenue to Jane Road total reconstruction and to
assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvements,
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LAKE
ELMO, MINNESOTA:
That the proposed improvement be referred to Larry Bohrer /TKDA for study
and that he is instructed to report to the council with all convenient speed advising the
council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as
to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other
improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
Adopted by the Council this 2nd day of February, 1993.
