A RESOLUTION RECEIVING FEASIBILITY REPORT
FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF JAMACA AVENUE BETWEEN TH5 AND
LAKE JANE TRAIL, AND LAKE JANE TRAIL BETWEEN
JAMACA AVENUE AND JANE ROAD
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the city council
adopted February 2, 1993, a report has been prepared by
Larry Bohrer, the City Engineer, with reference to the
improvement of Jamaca Avenue between TH5 and Lake Jane
Trail, and Lake Jane Trail between Jamaca Avenue and Jane
Road, and this report was received by the Council on March
30, 1993.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
LAKE ELMO, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such
street in accordance with the report and the assessment of
abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the
improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an
estimated total cost of the improvement of $770,000.00.
2. A public hearing has been ordered on such proposed
improvement on the 6th day of April, 1993 in the council
chambers of the city hall at 7:30 p.m. and the clerk shall
give mailed and published notice of such hearing improvement
as required by law.
Adopted by the Council this 30th day of March, 1993.
