A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF
JAMACA AVENUE BETWEEN TH5 AND LAKE JANE TRAIL,
AND LAKE JANE TRAIL BETWEEN JAMACA AVENUE AND JANE ROAD
WHEREAS, a resolution of the city council adopted the
30th day of March, 1993, confirmed the April 6, 1993 date
for a council hearing on the proposed improvement for Jamaca
Avenue between TH5 and Lake Jane Trail, and Lake Jane Trail.
between Jamaca Avenue and Jane Road.
AND WHEREAS, ten day's mailed notice and two weeks'
published notice of the hearing was given and the hearing
was held thereon the 6th day of April, 1993, at which all
persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be
heard thereon,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LAKE ELMO, MINNESOTA°
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in
the council resolution adopted the 6th day of April, 1993.
2. Larry Bohrer of TKDA & Associates is hereby
designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall
prepare plans and specifications for the making of such
improvement.
