HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 93-15CITY OF LAKE ELMO WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION 93-15 A RESOLUTION GRANTING A MINOR SUBDIVISION TO ANTHONY AND JODI COLLETTE FOR LOT 7, BLOCK 1, MIDLAND MEADOWS WHEREAS, Anthony and Jodi Collette made application to the City of Lake Elmo for a minor subdivision pursuant to Section 401.042 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code of the following described parcel of land: Lot 7, Block 1, Midland Meadows WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission considered this request at a regularly scheduled meeting on March 22, 1993 and conditionally recommended approval of the requested minor subdivision, based on the following findings of fact: 1. The property is zoned R I and the request is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan. 2. The application meets the requirements of Section 401.042 Minor Subdivisions, of the Lake Elmo City Code. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a minor-SubxdiViSiOn­ of Lot 7, Block 1, Midland Meadows described as follows, is hereby granted to Anthony and Jodi Collette: PARCEL A That part of Lot 7, Block 1, MIDLAND MEADOWS, according to the plat on file in the office of the County Recorder, Washington County, Minnesota, lying east of the West 210.00 feet, as measured at a right angle to the west line of Lot 7. Containing 2.48 acres, more or less.
