CITY OF LAKE ELMO, MINNESOTA
A RESOLLF-110N ADOPTING THE 1993 RATE STRUCTURE FOR 201 SYSTEMS
IN THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO, WASHINGTON COUNTY,,NIINNESOTA
WHEREAS, one of the requirements of the 201 Grant was that the City set up and maintain a
user charge system for the operation, maintenance and replacement of the off -site and collector
sewer systems; and
WHEREAS, Sections 707-050 and 707.060 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code require that the
Council annually review the fund balance and adjust the rate structure accordingly; and
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council has reviewed the fund balance and detem-iined that a
10% increase is necessary.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following rate structure will be in effect until
such time as they are amended by the City of Lake Elmo:
