A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF A FEASIBILITY
REPORT FOR THE UVITROVEINIENT OF
37TH STREET, WEST OF JAMACA
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the 37th Street (west of Jamaca Avenue),
by bituminous overlay, and to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the
cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Lake Elmo, Minnesota that:
The proposed improvement be referred to TKDA for preparation of a feasibility
report, and that TKDA is. instrimted, to report, to the City Council with- all- convenient
speed advising the City Council in a preliminary was as to whether the proposed
improvement is feasible and as to whether it should be best made as proposed or in
connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as
recommended.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo this 18th day of May,
1993.
