A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF A FEA-SH11LITY
REPORT FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF
LEGION AVENUE (FROM 20TH STREET TO LEGION IANE)
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Legion Avenue (from 20th Street to
Legion Lane), by bituminous overlay, and to assess the benefitted property for all or a
portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Lake Elmo, Minnesota that:
The proposed improvement be referred to TKDA for preparation of a feasibility
report, and that TKDA is instructed to report to the City Council with all convenient
speed advising the City Council- in- a preliminary was a,& to-whether the proposed
improvement is feasible and as to whether it should be best made as proposed or in
connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as
recommended.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City pf Lake Elmo, this 18th day of May,
1993.
