A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF A FEASIBILITY
REPORT FOR T iE IN PROVEMENT OF
LAVERIVE AVENUE (FROM TIf 5 T&39°TIf STREET)
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Laverne Avenue (from TH 5 to 39th), by
bituminous overlay, and to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost
of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Lake Elmo, Minnesota that:
The proposed improvement be referred to TKDA for preparation of a feasibility
report, and that TKDA is instructed to report to the City Council with all convenient
speed advising the City Council in a preliminary was as to whether the proposed
improvement is feasible and as to whether it should be best made as proposed or in
connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as
recommended..
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo this 18th day of May,
1993.
