?Ui CEIVING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR THE
BITUMINOUS OVERLAY OF
LAVERNE
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 93 -26 of the City Council adopted
May 1.8, 1993, a report has been prepared by TKDA, with reference to the bituminous
overlay of Laverne Avenue from TH 5 to 39th Street), and this report was received by
the City Council on June 1, 1993.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LADE ELMO, MINNESOTA:
1. The Lake Elmo City Council will consider the improvement of
Laverne Ave. (from TH 5 to 39th Street), in accordance with the
report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of
the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter
429 at an estimated cost of the improvement of $14,204.
2. A Public Hearing has been ordered on said improvement on the
3rd day of June, 1993 at the Lake Elmo Elementary School at
7:00 p.m. and the clerk shall give mailed and published notice of
such hearing improvement as required by law.
