RESOLUTION REPORT FOR THE
BITUMINOUS OVERLAY OF
COURT 20TH STREET
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 93 -29 of the City Council adopted
May 18, 1993, a report has been prepared by TKDA, with reference to the bituminous
overlay of 20th Street Court, and this report was received by the City Council on June 1,
1993.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO, MINNESOTA:
The Lake Elmo City Council will consider the improvement of
20th Street Court, in accordance with the
report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of
the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter
429 at an estimated cost of the improvement of $4,100.
2. A Public Hearing has been ordered on said improvement on the
3rd day of June, 1993 at the Lake Elmo Elementary School at
7:00 p.m. and the clerk shall give mailed and published notice of
such hearing improvement as required by law.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo this 1 st day of
June, 1993.
