RESOLUTION 93-39 <br />rd-0 M.-I M1021 <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Parks Commission has recommended that the tennis <br />courts in Pebble Park be resurfaced; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Parks Commission recommended that $30,000 be <br />placed in the 1993 Parks Department Capital Improvement Program for the resurfacing <br />of the tennis courts at Pebble Park. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council finds that the resurfacing of the tennis courts in Pebble <br />Park has shown, in a preliminary way, to be feasible. <br />2. TKDA is hereby designated as the engineer for the improvement.
