CITY OF LAKE ELMO
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE 1992 AUDIT AND ORDERING FUND TRANSFERS
WHEREAS, the firm of Tautges, Redpath & Co., Ltd., Certified Public Accountants,
examined the financial statements of the City of Lake Elmo for the year ended December 31,
1992; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Lake Elmo accepted the resulting audit and
management reports and recommendations; and
WHEREAS, the G.O. Refunding Bonds of 1976 (Park Debt Service Bonds) matured on
September 1, 1992, and fund should be closed; and
WHEREAS, the Equipment Certificates of 1989 and 1990 were retired in 1989 and 1990,
and fund should be closed; and
WHEREAS, the MSA Construction Fund financed certain General Fund projects; and
WHEREAS, the SW Water project has been completed and fund should be closed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo,
County of Washington, State of Minnesota, authorized the following Fund Transfers:

FROM: Equipment Certificate of 89 & 90 #302
TO: Equipment Acquisition Fund #410 $ 4,447
FROM: General Fund #100

FROM: SW Water Fund #411
TO: Water Enterprise Fund #601 26,150
ADOPTED, this 6th day of July, 1993.
