Resolution 93-59
A Resolution requesting Washington County to erect "No Parking" signs
on Lake Elmo Avenue, adjacent to Tartan Park Ball fields
WHEREAS, Tartan Park management has made a request to the City of
Lake Elmo to permit "No Parking" signs to be erected on Lake Elmo Avenue,
adjacent to ball fields located east of Lake Elmo Avenue, and
WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo acknowledges and concurs with the
concerns of Tartan Park for the health, safety and welfare of all persons using
the ball fields.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council
hereby requests Washington County to install "No Parking" signs on Lake Elmo
Avenue, adjacent to the Tartan Park ball fields, extending south to the Tartan
Park boundary line.
Adopted this 3rd day of August, 1993, by the Lake Elmo City Council.
