RESOLUTION NO. 93-62
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR 1993 PATCH AND OVERLAY
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bid for the improvement of Hidden
Bay, 37th Street, Kraft Circle, Langley Court, Legion Avenue, Laverne Avenue,
Highlands Trail, Highlands Court, and 20th Street Court, by overlay, bids were
received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following bids were received
complying with the advertisement:

WHEREAS, upon review by the City Engineer it is determined that Bituminous
Consulting and Contracting is the lowest responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE Lake Elmo City Council that
the 1993 Patch and Overlay Contract be awarded to Bituminous Consulting and
Contracting in the amount of $182,662.50.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT: The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that
the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until
a contract has been signed.
ADOPTED, by the City Council this 17th day of August, 1993.
