CITY OF LAKE ELMO
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN
TAX FORFEITED PROPERTIES TO THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO
WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota has acquired Lot A, Bergmann Addition through tax forfeiture
in the City of Lake Elmo; and,
WHEREAS, the City has determined that such property is utilized for public street purposes; and,
WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota requires the City Council to authorize an "Application by
Governmental Subdivision for Conveyance of Tax-Forfeited Land", by Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city of Lake Elmo,
Washington County, Minnesota:
THAT, the City Council requests the conveyance of Lot A, Bergmann Addition, to the City of Lake
Elmo, for public street purposes.
THAT, the City hereby authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to apply for such conveyance to
Washington County and the State of Minnesota.
ADOPTED, this 17th day of August, 1993, by the City Council, City of Lake Elmo.
