A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE CONVEYANCE OF CEWI'AIN
TAX FORFEITED PROPERTIES TO THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO
WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota has acquired Lot 1, Block 1, Ruth's I st Addition to Lake Elmo
through tax forfeiture in the City of Lake Elmo; and,
WHEREAS, the City has determined that such property is utilized for area homeowners off-site
septic drain£eld; and,
WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota requires the City Council to authorize an "Application by
Governmental Subdivision for Conveyance of Tax-Forfeited Land", by Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city of Lake Elmo,
Washington County, Minnesota:
°I° 'I°, the City Council requests the conveyance of Lot 1, Block 1, Ruth's 1st Addition to Lake
Elmo, to the City of Lake Elmo, for an off-site septic drainfield.
THAT, the City hereby authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to apply for such conveyance to
Washington County and the State of Minnesota.
ADOPTED, this 7th day of September, 1993, by the City Council, City of Lake Elmo.
