Resolution 93- 70
A Resolution Granting a Minor Subdivision (lot line adjustment) to
W. Patrick Riley and Thomas A. Hilpisch
WHEREAS, W. Patrick Riley and Thomas A. Hilpisch made application to the
City of Lake Elmo for a minor subdivision (lot line adjustment) pursuant to Section
401.042 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code of the following described parcel of land.
EXISTING RILEY DESCRIPTION:
W112 of that part of the NW1/4 of SE1/4 of Sec. 14, Twp. 29 North, Range 21
West, lying N. of the centerline of Minn. Trunk Highway 212 as now constructed.
According to the U.S. Govt. Survey thereof.
EXISTING HILPISCH DESCRIPTION:
The East Half (E112) of that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter (NWI/4 of SEI/4) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Twenty-nine (29)
North, Range Twenty-one (21) West, lying North of the centerline of Minnesota
Trunk Highway 212 as now constructed, being approximately ten (10) acres,
more or less.
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission considered this request
at a regulary scheduled meeting on September 27, 1993, and recommended
approval of the requested minor subdivision (lot line adjustment).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a minor subdivision is
hereby granted and said minor subdivision shall result in the following described
parcels:
PARCEL 1 - PROPOSED RiLEY PARCEL DESCRIPTION: (to be used in deed
exchanges with Hilpisch)
All that part of the West 630.00 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 14, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, Washington County,
Minnesota, lying northerly of the centerline of Minnesota Trunk Highway No. 5,
(formerly Minn. Trunk Highway No. 212) as now constructed, located and
travelled.
Containing 12.94 acres, more or less, subject to the right-of-way of said
Minnesota Trunk Highway No. 5.
PARCEL 2 - PROPOSED HILPISCH PARCEL DESCRIPTION- (to be used in
deed exchanges with Riley)
All that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, lying easterly of
the West 630.00 feet thereof, of Section 14, Township 29 North, Range 21 West,
Washington County, Minnesota, lying northerly of the centerline of Minnesota
Trunk Highway No. 5, (formerly Minn. Trunk Hwy. No. 212) as now constructed,
located and travelled.
Containing 10.3 acres, more or less, subject to the right-of-way of said
Minnesota Trunk Highway No. 5.
