CITY OF LAKE ELMO
COUNTY OF WASHINGTON
WHEREAS, the City has received an application from Guardian Angels Church for
the issuance of a Temporary On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License; and
WHEREAS, the application of Guardian Angels Church is in compliance with the
city's regulations as contained in Lake Elmo Code, Chapter 1.201.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby
approves the issuance of Temporary On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor Licenses to Guardian
Angels Church on the following dates, times, and places:
1. December 10, 1993 -- Christmas Party
Social Hall, 8 - 12,2.m.
2. December 31, 1993- -New Year's Eve Party
Social Hall, 7 - 12:30,.m.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that such licenses are issued subject to approval
by the Minnesota Commissioner of Public Safety pursuant to the provisions of MS
340A.404, Subd. 10.
APPROVED by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 7th day of December, 1993.
