WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo VFW has requested that the State of Minnesota
issue them a Charitable Gambling license; and
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo VFW has; and desires to sell pulltabs, tipboards,
raffles and bingo at a location within an establishment known as the Lake Elmo
Post #5725 VFW of the United States located at 3712 Layton Avenue North,
Lake Elmo, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo VFW complies with all Charitable Gambling rules
and regulations as set forth in Section 1104 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: that the City Council of the City of
Lake Elmo hereby approves the application for a premises permit for a
Charitable Gambling License located at VFW Post #5725, 3712 Layton Avenue
North, Lake Elmo, Minnesota; and
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council the7th day of December, 1993.
