City of Lake Elmo Washington County, Minnesota Resolution 94- 32 A Resolution Granting a Minor Subdivision to Victor and Jean Masanz and Louis Walsh Whereas, Victor and Jean Masanz and Louis Walsh made application to the City of Lake Eli-no for a minor subdivision pursuant to Section 401.042 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code of the following described parcel of land: to wit: Lot 7, Block 1 "The Forest" WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission considered the request for a minor subdivision at its November 28, 1994 meeting and unanimously recommended its approval; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE RESOLVED that based upon the favorable recommendation of the Planning Commission, a minor subdivision is hereby granted and said minor subdivision shall result in the following described parcels: Parcel A All that part of Lot 7, Block 1, The Forest according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the Office of the County Recorder, Washington County, Minnesota which lies westerly and southwesterly of the following described line: Beginning at the southeast corner of said Lot 7, Block 1; thence northwesterly to a point on the north line of said Lot 7, Block 1, distant 95.85 feet west of the northeast corner thereof, as measured along the north line of said Lot 7, Block 1, and said described line there terminating. Subject to Easements of Record. Parcel B All that part of Lot 7, Block 1, The Forest according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the Office of the County Recorder, Washington County, Minnesota which lies easterly and northeasterly of the following described line: Beginning at the southeast corner of said Lot 7, Block 1, thence northwesterly to a point on the north line of said Lot 7, Block 1, distant 95.85 feet west of the northeast corner thereof, as measured along the north line of said Lot 7, Block 1, and said described line there terminating. Subject to Easements of Record. Be it further resolved that said minor subdivision is granted based on the following condition: 1. Parcel B and Lot 6, Block 1 The Forest be combined into one parcel.
