COUNTY OF WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 94-30
WHEREAS, the City has received an application from the Church of Guardian
Angels for the issuance of a Temporary On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License; and
WHEREAS, the application of Church of Guardian Angels is in compliance with the
city's regulations as contained in Lake Elmo Code, Chapter 1201.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby
approves the issuance of Temporary On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor Licenses to Church of
Guardian Angels on the following dates, times, and places:
December 31, 1994 - Parish Dance
Church Social Hall, 7-12 p.m.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that such licenses are issued subject to approval
by the Minnesota Commissioner of Public Safety pursuant to the provisions of MS
340A.404, Subd. 10.
APPROVED by the Lake Elmo City Council/n the 6th day of December, 1994.
