A Resolution setting fee for the Kenneling of Unclaimed Animals, Relinquishing
Fee for Unclaimed Animals, and Administration Fee for Unclaimed Animals
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council approved an Impounding Agreement
with the St. Croix Animal Shelter on August 16, 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in conjunction with the
Impounding Agreement with St. Croix Animal Shelter, the following fees schedule will
apply:
Kenneling for each unclaimed animal:
Relinquishing Fee for each unclaimed animal.
Administration Fee for each unclaimed animal:
Adopted by the Lake Elmo City Council this 6th da of September, 1994.
