RESOLUTION 94-22
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING POLLING PLACES FOR THE
SEPTEMBER 13, 1994 PRIMARY ELECTION AND THE
NOVEMBER 8, 1994 GENERAL ELECTION
WHEREAS, Election polling places shall be designated by the City Council, in
accordance with statutory requirements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lake Elmo City Council
hereby designates the following polling places for the September 13, 1994
Primary and November 8, 1994 General Election:
Precinct 1 (South of Highway 5)
Precinct 11 (North of Highway 5)
Lake Elmo Fire Station
3510 Laverne Avenue N.
Lake Elmo, MN 55042
Lake Elmo City Hall
3800 Laverne Avenue N.
Lake Elmo, MN 55042
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said polling places shall remain open
between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. on the respective election dates.
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council the 16th day of August, 1994.
