COUNTY OF WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 94-14
WHEREAS, the City has received an application from Guardian Angels Church for
the issuance of a Temporary On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License; and
WHEREAS, the application of Guardian Angels Church is in compliance with the
city's regulations as contained in Lake Elmo Code, Chapter 1201.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby
approves the issuance of Temporary On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor Licenses to Guardian
Angels Church on the following dates, times, and places:
1. May 7, 1994 -- Wedding Reception
Social Hall, 4 -12 p.m.
2. May 20, 1994 -- Wedding Reception
Social Hall, 4 -12 p.m.
3. May 21, 1994 -- Wedding Reception
Social Hall, 4 -12 p.m.
4. May 28, 1994 -- Wedding Reception
Social Hall, 4 -12 p.m.
5. June 4, 1994 -- Wedding Reception
Social Hall, 4 -12 p.m.
6. June 11, 1994 - Wedding Reception
Social Hall, 4 -12 p.m.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that such licenses are issued subject to approval
by the Minnesota Commissioner of Public Safety pursuant to the provisions of MS
340A.404, Subd. 10.
