Resolution 94-9
A Resolution Amending the Future Land Use Map of the
1990 Lake Elmo Comprehensive Plan
WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo spent considerable time reviewing the
1990 Comprehensive Plan's Future Land Use Map, and
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission has completed a
revision, held public hearings on the proposed changes, and recommended an
additional 464 acres of land be designated Residential Estates Density (RED) on
the 1990 Comprehensive Plan's Future Land Use Map" and
WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo submitted said plan to the Metropolitan
Council for review: and
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council approved the Lake Elmo 1990
Comprehensive Plan Amendment allowing 464 acres to be designated
Residential Estates Density on its Future Land Use Map at its March 3, 1994
meeting.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: The 1990 Lake Elmo
Comprehensive Plan is hereby amended to designate the 464 acres of land,
shown on attachment A, to have a Future Land Use designation of Residential
Estates Density.
