RESOLUTION 94-3
WHEREAS, the City has received an application from Guardian Angels Church for
the issuance of a Temporary On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License; and

WHEREAS, the application of Guardian Angels Church is in compliance with the
city's regulations as contained in Lake Elmo Code, Chapter 1201.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby
approves the issuance of Temporary On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor Licenses to Guardian
Angels Church on the following dates, times, and places:
March 19,1994--Wedding Reception
Social Hall, 4-1.2 p.m.
2. April 16, 1994--Wedding Reception
Social Hall, 4-12 p.m.
April 23, 1994--Parish Dance
Social Hall, 7-12 p.m.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that such licenses are issued subject to approval
by the Minnesota Commissioner of Public Safety pursuant to the provisions of MS
340A.404, Subd• 10.
