Resolution 94-1
A Resolution Adopting the
City of Lake Elmo Oak Wilt Control Plan
WHEREAS, it is the goals and objectives of the City of Lake Elmo to
decrease the number of new infection centers, and to terminate the spread of
existing oak wilt infection centers within the City of Lake Elmo; and
WHEREAS, a Oak Wilt Control Plan plan has been prepared that outlines
in detail the City of Lake Elmo's management of existing oak wilt and the
prevention of the spread of oak wilt..
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Oak Wilt Control Plan
prepared for the City of Lake Elmo is hereby adopted as the City's official Oak
Wilt Control Plan.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Lake Elmo will actively
support the implementation of the Oak Wilt Control Plan,
