CITY OF LAKE EL MO
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CHARITABLE
AMBLING LICENSE, BY THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE
MAPLEWOOD- OAKDALE LIONS
WHEREAS, the Maplewood- Oakdale Lions have requested that the State of Minnesota issue
a One -Day (February 5, 1996) Off -Site Gambling License; and
WHEREAS, the Maplewood- Oakdale Lions desire to sell raffles and tipboards at a location
within an establishment commonly known as the Lake Elmo Inn located at 3442 Lake Elmo
Avenue N., Lake Elmo, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the Maplewood- Oakdale Lions comply with all Charitable Gambling rules and
regulations as set forth in Section 1004 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Lake Elmo hereby approves
the issuance of a charitable gambling application requested by the Mapelwood- Oakdale Lions.
ADOPTED, by he Lake Elmo City Council this 5th day of December, 1995.
