RESOLUTION 95-49
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN OF TRE
1990 LAKE ELMO COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
WHEREAS, from time to time the City of Lake Elmo updates the 1990 Lake Elmo
Comprehensive Plan.
AREAS, the City of Lake Elmo studied 106.3 acres of land along the South portion of
the Highway 5 Corridor as shown on attachment 1.
WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo determined that appropriate land uses along this
corridor shall be "Limited Business".
AREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission approved the Comprehensive Plan
Amendment at their regular meeting on June 13, 1994,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council approved the Comprehensive Plan Amendment on
September 11, 1995.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the 1990 Lake Elmo Comprehensive Plan
is hereby amended to designate the 106.3 acres of land as shown on Attachment A to have a
Future Land Use Designation of Limited Business.
