RESOLUTION NO 95-43
I8 WHEREAS, Daniel Burgess is the owner of property located
at 8085 Bill Trail North, Lake Elmof XinnesOta 55042f which is
legally described as
(herein the "surges property")
A. Unlicensed or "OPerable vehicles;
8® Miscellaneous auto parts; and
Q Junk and debris.
4. WEEREAS, such items are clearly visible from adjoining
P00perty and the p&blic street;
5. WHERRAS, the unscreened exterior storage of such items is
in ViOlatiOn of the Lake Elmo City Code;
6. WEREaS, the City has advised Mr. Burgess tO clean up his
ProPerty and otherwise cOmPly with the city,s regulations;
