RESOLUTION NO. 95-41
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting sanitary sewer and water services
for the SE 1/4 of Section 33 along with upgrading the system to provide for
potential expansion of the Municipal Urban Service Area for an additional 280
acres by The Northland Company was duly presented to the council on the 18th
day of April, 1995; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted April 18, 1995, a
report has been prepared by TKDA with reference to the improvement and this
report was received by the Council on May 16, 1995;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LAK-19
ELMO, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by The
Northland Company of SE 1/4 of Section 33 named as the location of the
improvement.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
resolution adopted June 20, 1995.
3. Larry Bohrer, TKDA, is hereby designated as the engineer for this
improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such
improvement.
