City of Lake Elmo <br />Washington County, Minnesota <br />Resolution 95- 40 <br />A Resolution Amending the Future Land Use Map of the <br />1990 Lake Elmo Comprehensive Plan <br />Whereas, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission held a public hearing on a request of <br />Independent School District 622 on June 13, 1995 to consider an amendment to the 1990 Lake Elmo <br />Comprehensive Plan changing the Future Land Use of the following described property from RAD to <br />Public (P); and <br />The West Half of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 29, <br />Range 21, Washington County, Minnesota; excepting therefrom Parcels 1 and 6 of Washington <br />County Right -of -Way Plat No. 88; subject to easements of record. <br />Whereas, the Lake Elmo City Council received a recommendation from the Planning <br />Commission supporting this amendment on June 20, 1992. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the 1990 Lake Elmo Comprehensive Plan is <br />hereby amended subject to the following conditions: <br />1.
