Resolution 95- 40
A Resolution Amending the Future Land Use Map of the
1990 Lake Elmo Comprehensive Plan
Whereas, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission held a public hearing on a request of
Independent School District 622 on June 13, 1995 to consider an amendment to the 1990 Lake Elmo
Comprehensive Plan changing the Future Land Use of the following described property from RAD to
Public (P); and
The West Half of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 29,
Range 21, Washington County, Minnesota; excepting therefrom Parcels 1 and 6 of Washington
County Right -of -Way Plat No. 88; subject to easements of record.
Whereas, the Lake Elmo City Council received a recommendation from the Planning
Commission supporting this amendment on June 20, 1992.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the 1990 Lake Elmo Comprehensive Plan is
hereby amended subject to the following conditions:
1. Approval of amendment by the Metropolitan Council
Adopted by the Lake Elmo City Council ,xis 20th day ofJpne, 1995:
