CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-39 <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE FEASIBILiTY REPORT FOR THE <br />SANITARY SEWER AND WATER SERVICE FOR THE <br />SE 1/4 SECTION 33 ALONG WITH UPGRADING THE SYSTEM <br />TO PROVIDE FOR POTENTIAL EXPANSION OF THE <br />MUNICIPAL URBAN SERVICE AREA FOR AN ADDITIONAL 280 ACRES <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 95-36 declaring adequacy of petition <br />from the Northland Company and ordering preparation of report adopted April <br />18, 1995, a report has been prepared by TKDA, with reference to the Sanitary <br />Sewer and Water Service for the SE 1/4 of Section 33 along with upgrading the <br />system to provide for potential expansion of the Municipal Urban Service Area <br />for an additional 280 acres, and this report was received by the City Council on <br />May 16, 1995. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Lake Elmo City Council will consider the improvement of Sanitary <br />Sewer and Water Service for the SE 1/4 Section 33 and beyond in <br />accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all <br />or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated cost of the improvement of <br />$842,835.00. <br />2. A Public Hearing has been ordered on said improvement on the 20th d <br />of June, 19• 5 at the Lake Elmo City Hall, 7:00 s the clerk shall <br />give mailed and published notice of such hearing improvement as <br />required by law.
