RESOLUTION NO. 95-39
A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE FEASIBILiTY REPORT FOR THE
SANITARY SEWER AND WATER SERVICE FOR THE
SE 1/4 SECTION 33 ALONG WITH UPGRADING THE SYSTEM
TO PROVIDE FOR POTENTIAL EXPANSION OF THE
MUNICIPAL URBAN SERVICE AREA FOR AN ADDITIONAL 280 ACRES
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 95-36 declaring adequacy of petition
from the Northland Company and ordering preparation of report adopted April
18, 1995, a report has been prepared by TKDA, with reference to the Sanitary
Sewer and Water Service for the SE 1/4 of Section 33 along with upgrading the
system to provide for potential expansion of the Municipal Urban Service Area
for an additional 280 acres, and this report was received by the City Council on
May 16, 1995.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LAKE ELMO, MINNESOTA:
1. The Lake Elmo City Council will consider the improvement of Sanitary
Sewer and Water Service for the SE 1/4 Section 33 and beyond in
accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all
or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated cost of the improvement of
$842,835.00.
2. A Public Hearing has been ordered on said improvement on the 20th d
of June, 19• 5 at the Lake Elmo City Hall, 7:00 s the clerk shall
give mailed and published notice of such hearing improvement as
required by law. I
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo-1his 16th day of May,
